Returns

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In the event of a return, the cost of the return will be borne by the purchaser. We want to raise awareness of delivery routes and minimise the number of returns.

Please note the following points if you wish to return your order to us:

1. Return form

Complete the return form and enclose it with your return. You can find the return slip at here .

2. Packaging and condition

Please note that the goods must be packed in the same way as you received them. This is the only way to guarantee that the items will be returned to us. We can only refund the full amount if the returned items are in their original condition and unused.

3. Postage

Please ensure that your return is properly stamped. Parcels returned unstamped or insufficiently stamped will incur a surcharge which will be deducted from the return credit.
